By registering for a scuba instruction course, you agree to our terms and conditions and to the waivers that are part of the registration process. You acknowledge that we may take photos and videos of you or your child for promotional purposes and that you do not need to provide further permission. All participants must provide the required information and come to the shop to be fitted for equipment at least one week before the course begins. Class fees are nonrefundable and must be paid in full prior to the start of the course.
