Impossible sunrises mark each morning on the Wild Coast. Breathtaking and active, your morning at sea will go by quickly, as all aboard our boat will join in looking for the tell-tale signs of migration. Gannets plunging into the sea thick with sardines is the first sign we are close to some in-water action! Common dolphins nearby can really kickstart the action and get us in the water to view the most spectacular and mesermizing action. Whales, dolphins, sharks, and birds, all feasting on the rich balls of migrating sardines. All the while, whales travel all around us, migrating north to birth their young. It is not uncommon to see days old humpback whales learning to breach alongside their mothers. Your comfort is most important to us. Hot beverages, boat jackets and fleeces, warm hats, and hand and foot warming gel packets are along each day. In addition, delicious snacks are packed with care to keep your hunger at bay and your energy and focus on the expedition of your lifetime. The action develops quickly and can dissopate just as fast. Free-diving or snorkeling with the marine life is highly likely. You may potentially have a chance to scuba if you are certified and would like to, however, it's a rare occurance that this spectacle stays still for long. Most of the action is near the surface where you can enjoy it from the boat or at the surface. If you don't snorkel or dive, know that you will see most of the action right from the comfort of the boatl. Our friendly, exert Skippers know just how to get you in front of the action. Afternoons will be for enjoying the beautiful coastal landscape. We have planned for you a variety of afternoon programming to ensure you have the opportunity to take in the cultural and natural wonder of this diverse and special land.

Comfortable rooms with daily service ensure you are well rested for the -packewonderous adventure filled days that await you. Exquisite meals are prepared onsite by the culinary team at the resort. We will also have the opportunity to share with you a South African tradition - the braai. More than just a barbecue, a braai is a social event more focused on togetherness and community - enjoying the company of new friends you will inevitably make on this journey.

One of the unique features of our escape is our access to unmatched local experts who will share their passion, knowledge, and exclusive experiences on the ocean, at the shore, and inland to give you a true appreciation of this beautiful wild coast. Waterfall hikes, ultralight aircraft rides to take it in from the sky, sportfishing, birding, rivercruising with cocktails, hilltop vista sunsets, and more await you. A perk, is that each participant will get a flight on the Ultralight (weather permitting). In addition to this amazing experience, we will take you each day on an afternoon outting to a special Wild Coast location for an experience to remember. From tall waterfalls cutting into sharp canyons, to sea-fishing and birding outtings, to riverboat and SouthAfrican wine cruise, or hillside picnics with vistas to truly take your breath away, prepare for days that will be blazed into your memory and capture your heart forever.
