The Aqualung Group has just notified us of an important firmware update on the Aqua Lung i330 wrist computers. This notice is mainly for those divers who dive or may dive at altitudes of 900m (3000 feet) or higher. It was identified that the affected i330R dive computers do not automatically adjust pressure level when diving at 900m (3000 feet) altitude or higher. If you do not dive or are not planning to dive at that altitude, you should still update the firmware on your i330 computer to ensure you are running the most current and accurate version.
This firmware update is mandatory for the safe function of the i330R above 3000k feet and can be done without returning the unit to a place of sale however you may bring your i330 into the store and we can update it for you as well.
The firmware is easy and quick to update using the free DiverLog+ app on your phone or computer and works on most Android and Apple devices. DiveLog+ is a useful app that allows you to log, track, and share your dives via Bluetooth.
