Join us at our private Eden on the south end of Cozumel close to all the best dive sites.  You'll have your SSE hosts along with you to faciliate a smooth and enjoyable dive vacation and help troubleshoot and improve your diving experience!

Enjoy our unique, private, all-inclusive experience with private bedrooms each with private baths.  Our private chef creates gourmet custom meals for us.  Enjoy the   heated infinity pool or the cooler lap pool, a hot tub with view of the ocean sunsets, spacious living areas indoor and outdoor - all set on lush, turquoise oceanfront grounds with plenty of room to relax, find solitude, or socialize with your new dive friends.

*Two Package options to fit your dive frequency preferences.  Both offer private dive boat and crew - pick us up at the on-property dock.  Customized to our preferences and timeline, this isn't a routine cattle boat overfilled dive trip.  Particular site we enjoyed?  We can go again - and our perfect location means the best dive sites are a few minutes' boat ride from the property, instead of 45-60 minutes from the northern properties.  Outstanding food is served on the boat during surface intervals, and you'll enjoy arguably the best diving in the Caribbean!

What's not to like?  Price includes everything listed above - all meals and snacks, wine, beer, and margaritas, as well as juices and sodas, clean, well appointed, luxurious private residence accommodations, private boat and crew, and either 2 or 4 tanks per day depending on your package preference!

-Want the 2-tank/day package and the flexibility to add afternoon/night dives on-demand?  No problem!  Add dives to the 2-dive/day package by noon the day prior for $45/tank.

A Final  Adventure - Unique Cozumel

- Let us show you the "other side" of Cozumel!  No trip to Cozumel is complete without visiting the undeveloped East Side with it's wilder currents and waves, and local charming beaches.  It's also home to one of our favorite roadside markets where they serve Grapefruit Mojitos you will fall in love with as you watch the ocean swinging in a tableside hammock and share stories from the week with your new dive buddies.

 

We arrange a taxi van that will take us here, and optionally, two other spots including an open-air "Rasta Bar" with a gorgeous view, and Coconuts, another bar/restaurant with great views. The cost is $20/per person and the taxi will wait for us and take us home in time to get ready for our final dinner.  You can let your SSE host know the day-of if you'd like to participate.

Activity Alternatives

- SSE Hosts can assist with setting up a variety of fun Cozumel tour packages including snorkeling and jeep tour exploration of the island, mayan ruins tours, even a unique farm-to-table cooking class including lunch, and more!  Ask SSE staff for options.

Lunch & Shopping With Luggage Handling

- Most flights leave Cozumel in the afternoon or early evening.  For $20 per person, our transport will pick you up at the house at checkout (10:00am) and take you downtown for shopping and lunch while holding all your bags securely.  At the appointed time, they will meet you to take you to the airport.  This way you don't have to spend half your final day waiting in the airport or trying to roll bags all over downtown Cozumel.

Alternately, SSE will cover your transporation directly to the airport from the house by taxi as part of your package.
